Felicia returned to school (and earned a full scholarship) as an adult student to finish her degree. After graduating, she wanted to make a difference and impact her community. For the last 12 years, Felicia served as the “engine” of a grassroots nonprofit organization, Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO). They provide historically marginalized entrepreneurs with tailored business assistance and flexible capital. As a small business owner herself. Felicia understands the risk & rewards of business ownership and how to leap to achieve long-term goals.
