Challenge
We desperately needed leadership role in Finance. Our company has experienced high growth, growing pains, and a failing corporate alignment -‐ all the problems that come with such an increased production. Our executive resources were stretched way too thin. We had a big hole to fill.

Now we have someone that is both strategic and highly capable, he is actively building the critically needed processes while optimizing our new technology. It is fantastic to have one to take ownership, strategize, and delegate, to execute on our new change management process.
