Suzanne Hanifin
With more than 16 years of recruiting experience, Suzanne Hanifin is respected as an effective and trustworthy professional. With extensive experience in all aspects of recruiting, Suzanne brings a thorough understanding of both client and candidate needs and promotes the value of investing time in finding the right match for the greatest long-term rewards. “It has to be a win-win between company and candidate," insists Suzanne. "It's what Acumen's reputation is built on."

Suzanne's recruiting experience in both a large, international firm and a smaller firm in Portland, Oregon, revealed an aptitude for building strong relationships with companies and candidates, a skill that drives her success today. Suzanne specializes in placements in finance and accounting, IT, operations, business development, and sales. Creating Acumen Executive Search provided her with the opportunity to balance her family life as mother of three with her work and to join forces with like-minded professionals.

Suzanne has a Master's degree in business administration from the University of Portland and undergraduate degrees in history and business marketing. She's a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Kruse Way Rotary Club. Living her commitment to giving back, Suzanne volunteers in the Portland Public Schools and gives time to the Oregon Cancer Ski Out.

Gina Chiotti-Hovey
From a broad knowledge base and understanding gained from more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, marketing and sales, IT, and human resources, Gina Chiotti-Hovey brings a level of business expertise valued by both clients and the Acumen Executive Search team. As with the entire Acumen team, Gina believes that life is about relationships, people, and helping others - both personally and professionally.

Prior to joining the Acumen team, Gina provided accounting and small business consulting services as well as management-level personnel recruiting. Before becoming a consultant, Gina was the COO/CFO of a product distribution company in Silicon Valley where she managed operations, resources and systems in a high-growth environment.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Science in business (marketing) from Santa Clara University, and is a Certified Management Accountant. She is the PTO treasurer at her children’s school and performs other volunteer work with a variety of organizations. Gina is committed to maintaining the right balance between her work with Acumen and her family life as a wife and mother of three.

Karen Anderson
Karen Anderson brings more than 21 years of professional sales, business development, and marketing experience to her work at Acumen Executive Search. With a track record of outstanding results and a number of professional achievement awards for consistently delivering more than is required, Karen stays focused on and is driven by a personal belief of “do the right thing by the client and success will follow.” Not one to compromise her commitment to honor and integrity, Karen's client-centered approach is a match for the Acumen style. “Clients and candidates alike are respected and encouraged to define their needs and be clear on their goals. From that beginning, we have a road map for success."

Karen was born and raised in England and has travelled the world extensively. In tune with her philosophy to “give back,” she volunteers with a number of social service organizations and most frequently at 5 Rock Ranch, a ministry for fatherless children and single mothers. She is a proud mother, a good friend, and asserts “my personal wealth is being able to call my business associates my friends.”

Kelly Lampe
In her 20 plus years of experience in employment recruiting, customer service, and accounting, Kelly Lampe developed a professional service approach to her relationships with clients, candidates, and her work team that she brings to her position with Acumen Executive Search.

Previously, Kelly worked in agency settings where her placement rate for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire positions was exemplary. She brings the added benefit of extensive administrative and accounting experience to her role as a valued member of the Acumen team.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a minor in criminology from Southern Oregon University. She volunteers for the Beaverton School District, a women and children’s shelter for domestic violence, and has been a soccer coach with Milltown and Oregon Youth Soccer Association.
